Do you know, what is a Team?

A team is a group of individuals, all working together for completing common goals or objectives. However, team-work will not never be perfect if each individual does not understand well the others. That’s why we created frequent Team Building activities for the purpose of motivating our members, improving communication and increasing overall team performance.

So, what was waiting for us on this Team Building?

To begin those awesome activities, we first started with some Tea Break for getting back our energy after a working day.

Look at the Tea Break, How nice they were and How careful the organizers were!

After fulfilling our stomachs, now it was time to PLAY GAMES.

The first game was called “Find Differences”. Every team would have 3 mins to find all differences in 2 nearly same pictures, and 3 team had all correct answers in the shortest time would be the winners.

They looked really focused on the game.

Next game was “Who have the long and fast legs”? Each member in team would stand in one paper with one leg and another paper with another leg. The member had to move their legs with papers to next destination (whether another member in team is staying). Then that member would continue to move to next member until move to the destination point. The first team came to the destination point would be the winner.

“I’m the fastest person” he said.

The last game of the day was “Guess Food Name”. Everyone who joined the game had to listen carefully what MC described about the food, and answer correct name first would be gain 1 point for his/her team.

Everyone knew the answer, it’s difficult for MC to choose who to answer.

At the end of the event, 3 team winners received gift from our CEO – Hiroki Yamamoto. CONGRATULATIONS!
